Housing Developments
We work with a select number of housing developers who specialise in high quality developments as opposed to mass construction.
Typically this ranges from 2-10 homes on a single site. Often these are infill sites within a settlement limit, or brownfield sites with a previous development that is to be demolished.
EDG work with a team of regular consultants, including a Planning Consultant, Highways Consultant, Landscape Architect, Structural Engineers, Acoustic Engineers and the like. We look to appoint a full design team as early as possible to ensure you have the best chance at planning success.
Bespoke Homes
Our experience in residential design means that we can design amazing properties in a timely manner.
Designing a replacement house, or a new build home is often a great way to maximise the value of a site and ensure you receive the best value for a property.
We work with a number of developers who specialise in just that. We also help to sell the properties by producing 3D visuals that allow marketing to take place from an early stage.
Our team of regular consultants specialise in their own fields and this gives us a well rounded design that should reduce objections at planning stage.
