At EDG we operate a fixed fee structure as opposed to a % based fee structure. This offers more cost certainty to you as the Client and ensures that there are no ‘top up fees’ later in the project if the cost of the works increase. We aim to be transparent with our fees and our fees only change if the scope of the brief does too.

Typical fees up to planning submission
We aim to be competitive for every Client, regardless of the project.
Our fees are bespoke for each project depending on the complexity, and time involved.
Each property will have their own challenges and opportunities and it is our responsibility to price our services accordingly.

Appointment
Our appointment with a Client can be based on the RIBA Professional Services Contracts to give you peace of mind if you wish, or by way of a letter of Appointment.
Specialist consultants
It is often necessary to appoint additional consultants to undertake specialist elements of the design.
We have a strong network of proven consultants, and can suggest third parties such as Planning Consultants, Structural Engineers etc, however we would stress that their appointment must be directly with the Client.
Our fees are always exclusive of fees for other consultants.
